Good Pair of George III Sterling Silver Salt Cellars
hallmarked London, 1791-1792, by Peter and Anne Bateman (fl. 1791-1800), navette pedestal form with upswept ends, fluted and paneled and decorated with engraved floral swags, with molded rim, raised on a conforming pedestal foot with wrigglework edging and reeded base, fitted with conforming cobalt glass liners.

Condition
**In very good condition with no issues noted beyond light wear commensurate with age. One liner has a 3/16" chip on the rim at one pointed end, and it appears a few minor frits have been polished out.
