Rare Cast Iron Elephant Counter Top Cigar Stand. Cast iron figure of an elephant in original paint, has 2 cigar cutter holes in the top of the head with mechanical blade operated by pushing down the elephant's trunk; the figure's back has 2 brass tubes containing the 2 brass lighter torches, brass oil font canister and burner signed "Union Ratchet" on the thumb wheel and a cobalt glass 3 in. globe having a 1.75 in. dia. fitter. In good overall condition, has some paint flaking, partial legible maker's signature and "Pat. Applied For" painted on the bottom of the figure. 11 in. high x 11 in. wide x 3.75 in. deep.
