Regarding lot 3013- I note the ladle is Gorham sterling and the handle is acid marked Hawkes. Our appraiser missed this initially. I note only slight wear to the handle and some minor flea bites, although it may have been reset at some time. The silver is with some surface wear. The punch bowl appears to match or be a near match in pattern, although I can find no signature on the bowl. The teeth have chipping and there is a large chip to interior rim. The base has much surface wear and there are several small chipped areas.
