Description
A lot of two antique Chinese celadon glazed ground plates with hand painted vivid Canton Rose enameled designs depicting paradise birds, lotus and peony blooms, butterflies, insects and pomegranates completed with teaglazed rims. Each with blue marks to bottoms; probably circa 1820's. Largest plate measures approx. 7 3/4" diameter (19.7cm).
Condition
