Description
Pair of white ground porcelain plates with iron red decoration. Both plates have a 6-character Jiaqing mark and are of the period. The face of each is decorated with lotus flowers and a bat motif within a ruyi border, while the underside features bamboo.
Dimensions are: 1 1/4 inches tall X 8 inches wide. All measurements are approximate.
Condition: Minor pitting on rim, but overall good condition.
Provenance: From a Santa Barbara, California estate.
