This lot features five vintage circus signs: a c.1955 Jay Gould's Outdoor Circus sign; a "Visit Circus-Land" sign dated 1957; a c.1955 Strates Shows sign with an unused flap allowing it to stand on its own; a Mills Bros Circus sign with a similar flap allowing it to stand on its own and dated 1964; and a Pan-American Circus sign.

The signs vary in size and shape; the Circus-Land sign measures approximately 20" x 5", the Strates Shows sign measures approximately 14.75" x 12.25", and the Mills Bros sign measures approximately 10.25" x 11.5".

Condition / Notes: These signs display some typical indications of age and wear including light age toning and minor chipping or creasing edges. The Circus-Land poster and the Pan-American Circus poster each show a moderate crease through their centers. Otherwise these signs show nicely.
