Description
This is a very large map showing part of South Africa during the Boer War. Specifically, the map shows the North East portion of today's South Africa -- from Vryburg to the Indian Ocean West to East, and Pretoria and Johannesburg to Colesberg North to South. It shows Swaziland, Zululand, Basutoland, Natal, Orange Free State, parts of Transvaal, etc. The political subdivisions are color-outlined. Plenty of detail on settlements, rivers, railroads and roads are provided.

Fair. Folding map with extra folds and creases. A modest section is missing in lower left corner, slightly into the map. Another small missing portion above. Soiling. Nicely colored.
