Accompanied by original chapter No.40 museum label stating "PRESIDENT EISENHOWER'S PERSONAL TELEPHONE AT THE SUMMER WHITE HOUSE IN NEWPORT DONATED BY MR. G. J. GUTHRIE NICOLSON".
Marked behind cradle "BELL SYSTEM" and "MADE BY WESTERN ELECTRIC".
