Osvald Sirén (1879-1966) was an art historian who lived in Sweden most of his life. He wrote works on Chinese gardens and painting, but this is by far his most important work, an impressive and weighty four tomes on the subject of Chinese sculpture.
Condition
Rubbing and general shelf wear, names to flyleaves of Vol. IV, otherwise very good and extremely scarce as a complete set.
