Chinese. A pair of celadon porcelain bowls with five iron red fu-bats, blue underglaze Yongzheng marks, in fitted box; dia. 6, ht. 2.5 in. (each).Â
Descended in the Family of Andrew N. Jergens, of the Andrew Jergens Company, Cincinnati, Ohio. By Oral Tradition, Purchased from Gump's Department Store, San Francisco, in the 1940s.
Condition
Tiny chip to rim of one bowl. Some roughness/chips to foot rim of both.Very slight surface wear to interior. Very light/small scratch to surface of one on exterior.
