Description
A GROUP OF SEVEN NEW ENGLAND GLASS COMPANY ACID ETCHED GLASS VESSELS IN THE "POMONA" PATTERN, CAMBRIDGE, MASSACHUSETTS, CIRCA 1885-1920, the Joseph Locke designed pattern, patented in 1885, with thumbprint border over acid etched ground comprising a low footed bowl with amber stain; a tumbler with the sides cut with a butterfly and a floral spray in amber and blue stain; a tumbler with the sides cut with a band of oak leaves and acorns in amber and blue stain; a pair of cordial glasses and a water goblet, raised on clear columnar stem with spreading foot; and a lemonade glass and "C" form handle, height: 5 7/8".
Condition
The footed bowl with an internal crack on one foot, otherwise fine.
