With recipes for tropical favorites like green mango pie, candied kumquats, avocado ice cream, Biscayne salad, avocado soup (and avocado everything else), paw paw salad, crawfish salad, Mother McKinley's receipt for Johnnycake, royal Poincianna "beans" (with whiskey), Miami sandwich, potted kingfish, barbecued ham with bananas, okra, fried tomatoes, sweet potatoes in Georgia fashion, sweet potato pone, grits loaves, Florida pumpkin (steamed squash), ginger fritters, fig sweet pickle, etc.

Condition
A couple faint spots to covers and some rubbing along edge of rear cover, otherwise a very good and bright copy.
