A unusual Antique Victorian Solid Silver Jug & Beaker / Cup Set featuring a large Jug and 6 substantial beakers. The items are designed to mirror the pattern of hobnail cut glass and each of the pieces have the same striking shape to the body. The Jug has an impressive handle with a subtle pierced design at the top shoulder. The interior of the cups are all lightly gilded.

The Jug and two of the beakers are English Silver Hallmarked and dated 1878. The other four Mugs have Austrian Continental hallmarks of a similar time period. The designs are matched.
