This is a nice map depicting the semi-autonomous kingdoms, duchies, and Prussian territories of northern and central Germany, with Frankfuth being the southern-most lager city shown. These include: Westphalia, Rhineland, Saxony, Brandenburg, Bremen, Pomerania, and others. Following the Napoleonic Wars, the Congress of Vienna reorganized the 39 sovereign states that formerly composed the defunct Holy Roman Empire into the loosely governed German Confederation. Plenty of detail is shown as to topography, rivers, lakes, town and cities.

Good. Nice strike on thicker paper. Slight toning. Issued centerfold with closed splits. A few marginal splits. Nicely hand colored.
