TITLE/CONTENT OF MAP: 'The Netherlands [Belgium]'
Somewhat confusingly entitled "The Netherlands", the map shows the country today known as Belgium. The map is shown as it had been under French rule with 13 Départements; although Napoleon's rule over the region had ended with his defeat at Waterlook in 1815, a couple of years prior to the publication of the map.
DATE PRINTED: 1817

TYPE: Antique early 19th century atlas map with original hand colouring
CONDITION: Good; suitable for framing. Please check the scan for any blemishes prior to making your purchase. Virtually all antiquarian maps and prints are subject to some normal aging due to use and time which is not obtrusive unless otherwise stated.
