(Paramount, 1979) A very rare preliminary art print featuring an early design for the painting seen in the film poster for the cult classic "The Warriors". From the collection of Bill Wallen, this printed design was adhered to art board for use during the development of the film's promotional materials. The print provides a full-view of the entire image including the top-most portion which is nearly always covered by the film's title in finalized images. Measuring 16"x20", on 17.5"x23" artist's board, the print is in good condition with some surface wear and some discoloration and wear to the edges of the board. The production note "not final" is written on the edge of the board.
