Description
Santa Clara Pueblo Black Pottery Creamer & Sugar. Creamer has the original New Mexico Association On Indian Affairs label on the base. The Association was founded and organized by Keith Chapman in 1922 with the sponsorship of the Museum of New Mexico. The New Mexico Association On Indian Affairs took over the Indian Market in 1936. The label attached to the bottom of the pitcher looks to be very early and we believe it to be 1930's. The pieces are approx. 3" High X 5" at the widest point.
