Condition: Good condition, a strong impression. Remains of brown tape in the bottom and top outer margins, upper left corner trimmed. Nothing affecting the image or even close.
James E. Allen (1894-1964) was born in Louisiana, Missouri and raised in Montana. He studied at the Art Institute of Chicago, the Art Students League and Grand Central School of Art. He is best known for his etchings and lithographs of steelworkers and pipe workers.
