Description
AN ARTS AND CRAFTS FRUITWOOD AND ELM ARMCHAIR, after EDWARD WILLIAM GODWIN (English 1833-1886), LATE 19TH/EARLY 20TH CENTURY, the tablet crest with restrained scroll ends, over a reticulated rose medallion carved vertical splat, above a bowed seat, with blue foliate needlepoint style upholstery, within bowed arms, raised on square legs, joined by an unusual turned front stretcher and tapered, turned side stretchers. Height: 33" Width: 20 1/2" Depth: 18 1/2"
