DESCRIPTION: Two antique Burmese lacquer betel nut boxes. Features round orange lacquer Betel box with tall lid, having two removable inner containers. The box embellished with a vibrant orange base hue garnished with intricately painted floral and leaf decorations. Bottom of the interior bowl is signed in green Burmese calligraphy.
CIRCA: Late 19th/ Early 20th Century
ORIGIN: Burma
