Item O of A-P: A 16 lot collection of notable Rose Canton, Mandarin, Medallion and Famille Rose antique and 19th century Chinese export porcelain serving, utilitarian and decorative examples from a lifetime Florida Gulf Coast estate collection.

Sizes range from 4.5 x 4 inches to 3.3 x 2.8 inches overall. Lot comprised of four graduated matching and or associated round jars and lids, we assume these boxes are a matched set but we are offering them as matching or very close to matching as the form typically has hand painted variations from piece to piece.

Individual items, collections and estates wanted for upcoming Tampa St. Petersburg, Lake Worth Palm Beach FL, Las Vegas NV and upstate NY appraisal, auction and estate sale events. Family-run 2nd generation firm since 1957.

All four jars have some minor issues to the unglazed jar lips, one with a tiny flake, one with a flake, another with flakes, another with two areas of moderate roughness, etc. One lid has a couple of flakes to the unglazed edge. A couple of the lids seem to have some more enamel wear than the other two. In addition to any item-specific notes preceding this sentence all 16 lots in this collection are understood to be in typical sound estate discovery condition with scattered surface enamel wear commensurate with age and likely some gilt edge (when present) wear commensurate with age and, again, if not noted in a preceding sentence, free of cracks and hairlines and without chips greater than perhaps a few small glaze flecks. All examples can be assumed to potentially have some scattered firing spots typical of most wares of this category.
