This lot consists of a hand stenciled aerosol painting on a metal STOP sign, done in the style of contemporary street artist Banksy (British, 1974 -). Image depicts several black silhouetted military Apache helicopters flying precariously towards the viewer. The lead chopper sports a sweet little bow. Stenciled underneath the choppers is the phrase "HAVE A NICE DAY". This piece is an iteration of Banksy's "Happy Chopper". Painting is done in the contemporary graffiti style for which the enigmatic street artist Banksy is so well known. This unique powerful statement piece would make a great addition to any contemporary art collector's gallery. Overall piece measures approximately 29.5" x 29.5".
