Written in French, the research document approves the results of an experiment regarding radiation emitted by doses of radium. Signed five months before her death, which is thought to have occurred as a result of her exposure to radiation. Marie Curie (1867-1934) discovered the atoms of radium and polonium, which were both named by her in honor of her Polish ancestry.
