Pair of English Patinated Spelter Figural Sinumbra Lamps, 19th c., the flat oil reservoir atop a classical female figural support, on an integral tripodal base on six splayed legs, with later painted milk glass shades and glass chimneys, now with French wiring as lamps, H.- 17 1/2 in., With Shades- 23 in., Dia.- 9 1/4 in.
Condition
Condition consistent with age and use. Burners are removed, electrified. Wire runs up outside and goes in underneath the fuel feeder tubes. Has original burner tubes ending in an electric socket. Very little patination left on spelter. One is crooked on the base. A handsome pair.
