A gorgeous Egyptian faience and agate beaded necklace. The multicolored faience disc beads are from the Late Period, c. 664 - 332 BC, and are well-preserved. They are strung with round and ovoid agate beads from a later period. L: 28 in (71 cm). All the beads are strung on modern cord and clasp. Ex Cheshire, UK private collection.
