ROLLAND ROMAIN: (1866-1944) French Dramatist & Novelist, Nobel Prize winner for Literature, 1915. A.L.S., Romain Rolland, two pages, written to first and third page, 8vo, light green paper, Villeneuve, Villa Olga, 21st March 1935, to an unidentified correspondent, in French. Rolland explains how glad his wife, his sister and myself will be to receive him and his mother again, further stating in part `I do think that on last occasion you visited us the hotel Byron wasn´t yet burned.
