Description: Satirical depiction of a joking man with cigar and champagne glass in front of a group of guests wearing cylinders at a reception. At the right edge of the picture, Emperor Wilhelm II of Prussia is depicted in a lost profile, whose austere expression expresses displeasure at the debauchery and licentiousness of his counterpart.
