French Provincial Louis XV Style Carved Oak Marriage Armoire, 19th c., the arched crown over a central high relief bird, quiver, torch and flower carved mount, above double arched floral carved doors with mirror upper panels over lower panels with relief carved fruit and cornucopia, with brass fiche hinges and escutcheons, flanked by relief carved floral pilasters, on scrolled cabriole legs joined by a serpentine skirt, H.- 96 in., W.- 60 in., D.- 20 1/2 in.

Condition is consistent with age and use. Interior dimensions are: H.- 74 in., W.- 52 ½ in.. It has the original key. It is fitted with shelf supports, but no shelves present. Shrinkage split to proper left side bottom panel. Same on proper right bottom panel. Mirrors are probably 20th century additions. Carving is very nice and deep. A handsome example.
