Description
ASSORTED MID-ATLANTIC STONEWARE VESSELS, LOT OF TWO, salt-glazed, comprising an approximately one-gallon capacity deep milk pan with tab handles, pour spout, and brushed cobalt decoration to both sides; and a "2" gallon capacity jar stenciled "A. P. DONAGHHO / Parkersburg, W. Va.", Albany-slip glazed interior. Pan probably Baltimore, Maryland. Second half 19th century. 5 7/8" and 11 3/4" H.
Pan with Y-shape hairline at base and up one side, and shallow rim chip, jar undamaged but with discoloration, as made.
