English Whieldon-Wedgwood, Staffordshire, circa 1759.
With overlapping leaves boldly modeling with high relief on boy and lid. Probably the earliest cauliflower form produced by the partnership of Whieldon and Wedgwood.

Condition
Knob has broken off and been repaired. There is a firing crack approx. 1 1/2 inch long. There is a small divot under the knob.The rim of the body was broken and have been restored."Appear to have been broken and the pieces glued back." The over painting covers about 50 percent of the rim. On the inside of the foot, running up to the foot rim, a crack of approx. 1 inch.
