Princess Grace & Prince Rainier III of Monaco Boldly Signed Temple University Luncheon Invitation

A lovely invitation to a luncheon hosted by The President of Temple University and the National Philatelic Museum in honor of Prince Rainier III and Princess Grace of Monaco on bifolium, 5.5" x 8.5". Dated with the luncheon on October 20th and the proposed dates for the exhibition between October 20-November 30, 1956.

The invitation reads in part:

"HIS SERENE HIGHNESS PRINCE RANIER[SIC] 111

PRINCE OF MONACO AND

HER SERENE HIGHNESS THE PRINCESS OF MONACO

and the preview of the

MONACO INTERNATIONAL PHILATELIC EXHIBITION

Saturday, October twentieth, at 1:00 p.m."

Boldly signed across the invitation by both Princess Grace and Prince Rainier "Pesse Grace de Monaco", and "Rainer Prince de Monaco". Slight wrinkling to the page, mounting remnants to verso, Bi-fold is tacked together in upper right corner, else near fine large vibrant signatures.
