Condition
Each volume in overall good condition with dry spines, wear along spine and board edges, each lacking the Moroccan brown label and a few with small parts of red label missing, some light gilding wear but still fairly bright, some pages have light surface soiling and foxing but for the most part the pages in these volumes are relatively clean but for yellowing from age. Most pages have not been opened. The exception is vol 1 Conquest of Mexico, loose front piece, pages with frayed dry edges.
