A Fine Regency Mahogany Breakfront Display Cabinet On Stand
Circa 1820
The stepped cornice flanked by classical scrolls above three glazed doors enclosing adjustable shelves, all raised on reeded legs topped by carved capitals and resting on shaped toupie feet.
H: 79, W: 68, D: 15 in.

Condition
Very fine condition and appearance. A few scratches and abrasions to top of base from removing and replacing upper section. Some light wear and small veneer loss at lower proper right corner of door (see photos). Very small old gouge to top of cornice (see photos), approx. 1 cm. One small moulded edge at base of upper section present but detached (see photos). The shelves and interior with scattered surface scratches and abrasions, consistent with age and use, and one shelf peg missing. Two keys present, locks functional.
