Jasper52 presents Luxury Couture: Tom Ford, Versace, and More March 13

Gianni Versace Spring/Summer 1991 two-piece ensemble from Versace’s personal archive collection, estimated at $60,000-$72,000 at Jasper52.

NEW YORK – On Wednesday, March 13, starting at 4 pm Eastern time, Jasper52 will present a sale titled Luxury Couture: Tom Ford, Versace, and More. Absentee and Internet live bidding will be available through LiveAuctioneers.

The sale contains almost 575 lots, but the highlights are all from the Italian fashion house Versace. First among them is a Gianni Versace Spring/Summer 1991 two-piece ensemble from Versace’s personal archive collection. The multi-color jacket and leggings set in silk cady and lycra come with a Versace hanger and garment bag and are estimated at $60,000-$72,000.

Another prize is a Gianni Versace 18K gold limited edition Medusa watch, number 104 of 500, estimated at $6,000-$7,000. It sports the house’s famed Medusa head logo in the center of the dial.

Completing the highlights is a Versace dress embellished with Swarovski crystals, estimated at $7,000-$8,000. It was worn by Irina Shayk to the premiere of Sicario at the 2015 Cannes Film Festival.
