Very helpful with phone inquiries. Excellent packing. The chocolate pot arrived without the lid. Before I had a chance to call the, they notified they found the lid which arrived in a few days.

I have bought a considerable amount of American Brilliant Cut Glass through Woody Auction over the past 15 years. Boxes are always packed to perfection. I have never had a piece arrive broken. The staff is always willing to work with the buyer if shipment needs to be faster or slower than normal, and they are willing to hold purchases if necessary until you're home to receive them. Buyer's premium and shipping costs are below industry averages. Don't hesitate to bid in Woody's auctions!
