Best experience I’ve had with an auction house thus far! Ernest is a gem.

This was my first winning auction and the experience could not have been better!! Preston Hall was wonderful to deal with and I look forward to participating in future auctions with them!

Preston House worked diligently to process payments and get items to customers, in spite of being short-handed due to the Pandemic. I applaud their efforts and their informative emails, asking for our patience. My drawing had a corner missing, which was not disclosed. But that can be concealed when framing. Just thrilled to have the piece.

I will certainly be watching their auctions in the future. I was immensely pleased with the several lots that I won, each a terrific bargain. The staff at Preston Hall are friendly and helpful, ready to answer any questions and make shipping arrangements as easy as can be.

While I was very pleased with Preston Hall, I should mention that my preliminary contact with UPS suggested a price for shipping under $60, assuming that they needed to pick the items up for me. Although they did not need to get them, they tried after the sale to charge me $71. I spoke with Victor, who reduced the cost, but it was uncomfortable to me to have to remind them about the preliminary figure.

Packing seemed unusual, hastily assembled?

UPS service staff cheerful but slow to respond and-or missing in action (e. g., so-in-so who handles such-in-such is out sick — a loss of four business days). That said, item arrived in great shape, although with far too much shipping tape on inner plastic bag and Scotch tape on protective tissue and folder.
