Absolutely one of the easiest auction houses to deal with when a client is out-of-country (Canada). Excellent service, well packaged item and very prompt service/replies. LOVE you Preston Hall-will certainly do business with you again!!

Sent two emails to the info@ prestonhall email account and never received a response. Calls placed to the physical location are not answered.

There was an error with the "ship-to" address and this ended up working out just fine with their very understanding and helpfulness.

The communication with this auction house is easy and professional. They are exceedingly accommodating. And the auction items are outstanding for the price they are being offered. By far my favorite auction house on liveauctineers! Highly recommended.

I won items back approximately on 6/19/17. Here it is 7/12/17 and I have not heard or received my auction items. I talked to a representative of auction house twice. This is bad customer service. As yet, I am waiting to hear from someone regarding shipping the items. My payment for the items was made immediate after being notified that I won.

The handoff to the local UPS Store did not happen quickly and I was left with no idea where my item was or the status for almost 2 weeks.

Have worked with them many times and found them to be suburb in all aspects of buying and bidding

Always know that PH is a very fine auction house and what they auction is presented well and correctly

Very poor communication.... Arranging for shipping was questionable.... until I was lucky to talk to someone at Preston once!?!?... to tell me what the plan was..
