The mission at AAG is to treat everyone as our most important client, which is why we have so many 5 star reviews and return customers after 38 years in business. ATX suffered an unprecedented, severe storm that forced the gallery to close for a week due to no electricity, throwing off our entire schedule. When we tried to explain this to you, we were met with threatening emails and phone calls. Despite our best efforts, we were unable to satisfy you in any respect and for this we are sorry.

Hi! When you returned our new bidder email, you acknowledged that you read the terms of our auction, which includes the provision that we do not ship. In each lot of our auction, there is a shipping tab, it further states that we do not ship and lists options. When you received the invoice that you paid (Thank you!), it included information that we do not ship, it further included active links to the several shippers we do suggest, however you are free to choose anyone. When you reached out to us over the weekend, I promptly replied, asking who you chose to ship your item. I even provided you with the list of shippers incase you had not made arrangements. We are an auction gallery and do not have the capability to ship. I am happy to speak with you this week if you would like assistance. Please phone the gallery at 512-258-5479.
