The Auction house really is terrific. They are responsive, very pleasant personnel and helpful. Unfortunately they have to rely on other organizations which failed to meet my expectations. The item I received was not at all as depicted in the auction pictures. Purchased a beautiful pearl ring but the main stone was a beautiful lustrous greenish hue and the ring I received had a less than lustrous purple colored stone which was more oval and looks flat where the stone is attached to setting. I sent pictures to the Auctioneer and they are scheduled to assist me this coming Monday. Very apologetic and eager to help correct the situation. Again, they are relying on the jeweler so I don't blame the auction house. We will see how the situation is resolved. Stay tuned.

The settings pictured for 4 items purchased did not reflect accurately in one piece. I will not use these people again. It strains credulity that not one piece was accurately depicted in the photos while they go to great pains to state they are not responsible for inaccurate pictures.

Ratings are accurate and turn out a little better than what was listed. Great overall experience, certificates are already included and it will make a nice addition to the shop.
