Professional process.

I own a jewelry shop and I pride myself on having quality over quantity. So, when I client requests a specific item and one of our suppliers shut down due to COVID, I had to search elsewhere. I came by Federal liquidations and they just so happen to have what I was looking for and the pricing was just right. They answered all my questions and I received the ring in a timely fashion. Upon inspection the quality was outstanding. I'm impressed and will do business with these guys again.

Bought a pair of erring for the wife. Got them for a great price and they turned out perfect. Shipping was a little slow, but the wife loves them, so if she's happy, I'm happy. Thanks!

Long story short, I found Federal Liquidations and they so happened to have a piece that was very similar, for a great price. I was recommended to Federal Liquidations by a business associate. We're both in the jewelry business, so I thought I'd give these guys a shot. The price was great but I was worried the quality would not meet my standards. I placed a bid on a 10k Black solitaire necklace and as soon as the item arrived, I inspected it and was pleasantly surprised by the quality, considering what I paid for it. Good experience. Would use them again.

I work in the jewelry business and so whenever I see a bargain for an exquisite piece I'm very skeptical. If it's too good to be true, it usually is. This is the rare exception to that rule. I took the plunge and was very pleased with the necklace I purchased. It was a total bargain. I'm happy I gave them a shot and will be buying again.

Never heard of these guys before. Found a pair of earrings I really liked and the price was within my budget. Won the item and shipping was a bit slow (then again, the post office is a mess) but the earrings showed up and I couldn't be happier.

Bought a gift for the wife and our 25th anniversary from FGL and I'm pleased with the results. I was very pleased with the quality of the earrings and they looked much better in person then they did in the pictures. Overall great experience and the wife is pleased as well.

It took over 3 weeks for me to receive the ring I purchased. Spent over $2, 000 and they send it by First Class snail mail-not a good look. The value of the ring was overstated by thousands of dollars. Very disappointed and feel ripped off. Believe the bad reviews. Do not buy from these auctioneers.

Very happy with my purchase. I won a pearl necklace as a gift for my mother and got it at such a great price I felt kind of guilty. Shipping was fast and the necklace was packed well. The site was easy to navigate and find what I was looking for. Great service.

I recently bid, won and received one of the auction items on the Federal Government Liquidation Auction House. All aspects of the process and overall engagement was phenomenal. Great job guys!

The estimates and appraisals are ridiculously overinflated. They have ‘ Federal Government ’ in their name to inspire trust and credentials that are false. The jewelers is worth a 10th of the value of the estimate of you're lucky. Took a ring I bought to a jewelry and he told me it measured smaller then the carat they said it was and that based on the quality I'd be lucky to get a few hundred for it. They wouldn't give me a refund, they wanted me to send it back to them my cost to get looked at by the same appraisers who are in their pocket and overvalued it the first time. Save your money and get your jewelry from a gumball machine, it'll be higher quality!

Ordered a necklace to see if the quality was any good and I have to say it turned out better than what I was expecting. Shipped out fast, came in a nice box and the quality was worth the price I paid for it. Looking forward to buying new pieces from them in the coming months.

Beware of the quality and actual origin of this jewelry being sold. It does not come from government liquidation or seizures as the name implies.

Overall, I'm happy. It did take 8 days to receive my item. However, I feel like I got what I wanted and got what I paid for. I do wish that at $1500 necklace came in a jewelry necklace box rather than a change purse but I'm good.

They never responded my messages. Waited for 1 + month for the items to arrived. Poor package and quality heavily scratch diamonds, try to return items no response. They don’t care about the costumer. They only care about making sales. Will never buy from this seller again. Stay away.

Beautiful piece. My daughter loved it. Had my jeweler look it over upon receipt to make sure. Everything turned out great and even better than what was stated.

Great auction house that I use exclusively as a secret weapon to diversify some of the products in my jewelry store. Never had an issue thus far, everything is matching, quality is great and pricing is very fair that allows me room for resale. Replacement value stated is a little high, but that's quite typical for most live auctions. The most important thing is that the quality listed is on-point. Recommended.

I'm quite impressed. I have a jewelry store and wanted to add some different designs to my shop. A few of the other auction houses on live auctioneers sent out junk but this is one of the good ones. The pieces are great, accurately described and I got them at basically wholesale prices. Quality is actually accurately described. Little slow on shipping, but everything else is great.

Unless you are completely versed in jewelry language, you will overpay. The appraisal I was given was erroneously valued. Both jewelers estimated value of $350 to $1500 but the appraisal said $13, 000. I paid $1800. The product also did not ship to my house until 14 business days and I had to call to get a response. The silver bar came in 23 days after purchase. No communication until I got the shipping notice. I am satisfied with this purchase. The communication process with customers is poor and I will not be purchasing from them again.

This was my first time bidding at an online auction so I was a little apprehensive. But I bid on a couple of items and won the lots. They sent me an email quickly and an invoice shortly thereafter. I was able to just click and make my payment. Easy peasy! I would do business with them again in a heartbeat.

Purchase to ship time much longer. Some items on back order, but they don't tell you ahead of time when you are purchasing. The present for my anniversary is late already.

I received my 1ct Diamond that is so far from the description in the auction, it baffles the mind. I had to take the diamond to get a gemologist to certify that it doesn’t fit the description before they will exchange it/return it. Horrible auctioneer that I will never ever ever ever do business with again.

Ring was as advertised and well made. Price was UNBELIEVABLE! Ring was shipped in a timely manner using two day USPS. Very happy with Government Liquidators and would purchase again from them.
