I recently purchased emerald earrings. These were advertised as 18 K white gold. When I received the earrings, I verified for the 18K stamp, I could not find one. The certificate was contradictory refering to an 18K stamp that does not appear to exist, another part of the certificate simply stated that it was white metal. When I contacted Federal Government Liquidation | Live Auctions 360 Team I was told that I was to have the metal tested. It is not the responsibility of the consumer to have the metal tested. The behavior of this company is quite troubling to me, to say the least. I feel deceived. We agreed that they were to send me a new certificate. So far I have not received a new certificate and they stopped answering my e-mails. This is a warning to all, BUYER BEWARE.
