I have not heard any updates from the auction house on shipping on an item I purchased 3 weeks ago. I messaged with no response. I am concerned this is a scam.

My account was debited and the cuff was never received. Two requests for a refund have been ignored. Their Navajo pieces are not always authentic. I've been in the industry for 30 years and know it well, I've also seen them list identical items in later auctions, claiming they are vintage and crediting artists to pieces that have no maker's marks whatsoever. I'd return the other pieces I got from them if I could, too. It's garbage.

I will not shop these auction again. I found the Artist on line, and could have purchased very similar bracelet for $250 less. The value they put on item was extremely exaggerated. They never responded to questions I had.

It was my 1st time biding online, and I looked at the reviews of this company before I started biding (overall 500 5stars in opposition with a few 1stars), so I decided to go for it. I will start with the pros: for the products I have received, the packaging was flawless, and the pieces of jewelry were inside these beautiful red boxes (5 stars) from the moment of payment and receiving my items, didn't pass a long time-about a week (5 stars to that too) besides one item, all the jewelry received looked identical (or even better than) the pictures-4 stars and 1 star for the missing diamond they cleaned the jewelry for me (5 stars) Cons: I asked for a tracking number for my order, but none answered, and I never received one-2stars I received one of the rings with a missing diamond that wasn't mentioned in the description-1 star I addressed this issue directly to them, but I never heard a word-1star; I contacted the LiveAuctioneers support, and they reached out multiple times too (still pending), but with no luck either (5stars for Danica from the LA) I never received one of my items-1star I contacted them directly multiple times and LA too, but no answer-1star I asked for a refund, no answer-1star ZERO COMMUNICATION-1star So far, I am short of 140 bucks and a defective ring. This week, I will go to appraise my rings to make sure I am not being scammed for thousands of dollars. I am nervous.

Pacific Auction House ships fast and it's so easy-never any problems. They also have beautiful items all the time. Really wonderful to associate with them (often). lol
