Had so much difficulty contacting the company they do not answer the phone or emails unless you go through Live Auctioneers directly. Quality of the product is cheap not inexpensive but cheap and almost mass produced items. These are not quality pieces. They do not include the weight of the pieces or the stones and I have a feeling this is why. The bracelets look and feel like they are for children not grown adults. Highly encourage those considering future purchases to check out the 1 star reviews. UPS also delivered the package to the wrong address full wrong building, yet when I contacted PAH looking for the package they were no help telling me to research it myself rather than them filing the claim. I went door to door in my complex before I found it. So much for them saying they required ID and a signature. I would really have to love the piece or feel it was exceptional value to ever use this auction house again.

Carefully look at your item and see if it is duplicated on the site with a slight variation. Most Native jewelry is one of a kind and settings are usually not duplicated.

This was a very easy transaction. They sent an invoice, I paid for the item. I sent them an email asking them to ship said item and very shortly thereafter I received the beautiful bracelet! I would do business with them again.

So pretty with bright color on the bracelet, dainty & unique not big or heavy, nice size for smaller wrists. The ring is big, bold and beautiful love the natural look of the turquoise!!

Overall a Good Experience

I have purchased several pieces from Pacific Auction and I am always happy with what I get.

Bought quite a few things from Pacific Auction House. Each was as nice as shown in the auction. Really love the Navajo necklace and the scroll work on the Navajo turquoise cuff bracelet. Just stunning!

I see items listed and relisted, up to 5 times. They game the process to get a price they want, "passing" on items when they don't like the final price. Not a fair auctioneer. Why not stick to retail???
