MEADOW LANE AUCTIONS is not responsible for retracting or canceling bids on Live Auctioneers. If an online bidder wishes to cancel or retract a bid, that is solely done through the Live Auctioneers platform. If a bid is not retracted or canceled prior to auction then the buyer is responsible for the transaction. 6. A 17% buyer's premium will be added to the sale of each lot. A 3% credit card processing fee will be required for all credit card transactions through the Live Auctioneers secure payment platform. 7. MEADOW LANE AUCTIONS is not liable for malfunctions, errors or omissions (hardware, software, electronic, human or otherwise) whether or not due to MEADOW LANE AUCTIONS fault or negligence, resulting in the inaccurate transmittal of bids, the failure to execute bids or any other irregularity. 8. Use of LiveAuctioneers.com allows bidders to enter bids at any time prior to the start of the auction, and "live," that is, as property is offered for sale, just as if the bidder is present at the sale. 9. Bidders must register with LiveAuctioneers.com to participate in online bidding. 10. All bidders are subject to approval from MEADOW LANE AUCTIONS before bidding in our auctions. 11. Purchaser is responsible for all costs of shipping and making arrangements. MEADOW LANE AUCTIONS will process shipping once buyer has completed payment. 12. We do our best to help you with the shipping, but we are not responsible for damages during shipping, it is the customer?s responsibility to contact us for special shipping requirements for extra insurance or a specific shipping service. A waiver must be signed by the buyer if an item is released to a 3rd party shipper. 13. It is further agreed by signing up for an auction; the user has read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions of MEADOW LANE AUCTIONS.
