The piece is to certify that Capt Joseph M Clark, likely US Revolutionary War Capt and member of the Randolph County Regiment of North Carolina, has became a member of the South Carolina Society in Charleston. Bears its seal and signature of Steward Thomas Robers and Clerk Jacob Aafon. Nicely framed and in good overall condition. H7 3/4" W9 3/4"
