Description
WESTERN PENNSYLVANIA DECORATED TANWARE PITCHER, approximately two-pint capacity, slight ovoid form with high reeded neck and applied strap handle. Brushed Albany-slip scrolling, spitting tulip decoration to body with additional tulip decoration below rim. Probably New Geneva, PA. Fourth quarter 19th century. 7 1/4" H, 3 1/2" D rim.
(Updated 6/30/2021) Mostly undamaged except having light hairline to base edge.
