PENNSYLVANIA SLIP-DECORATED EARTHENWARE / REDWARE PLATES, LOT OF TWO, lead-glazed, each with a coggled rim. Yellow-slip trailed decoration comprising three medial wavy lines flanked by clef-like devices, one with additional large dot, other with additional fern-like devices. Mid 19th century. 1 1/2" H, 8 1/4" D, and 1 3/4" H, 10 3/4" D.
Undamaged, smaller example with some very light usage wear and crazing, other with just a hint of wear.
