For your consideration is this first edition of "Following the Guidon" by Elizabeth Custer, published in 1890. The book provides a riveting account of Army life on the Western Frontier during the mid to late 1800's, as told by Elizabeth Custer, who was the devoted and faithful wife of General George Armstrong Custer. The condition of this book is good, with light wear and browning consistent with the book’s age. The measurements of this book are 7 1/2" x 5 1/4".
