Description
A pair of Sasanian stamp seals, c. 3rd - 6th Century AD, the first is a green chalcedony stamp seal depicting a humped bull, 12.5 x 1 0mm, the second is a hematite stamp seal depicting a lion, 10 x 8.5 mm. Both domed with horizontal hole for suspension. Ex Joel Malter collection; Ex Los Angeles private collection.
