Description
3 Chinese 19th C Porcelains; a Famille Rose Enameled 2 bronze handled Pot and Cover with Peach finial well painted with Scholars and Immortals, a melon shaped teapot with over head bronze handles and a design of Successful Boys, the small cover with peach finial; together with a crackle glaze and brown stained Celadon Vase. Diameter of Pot cover 6 1/2 inches (16.5 cm.). PROVENANCE: The covered Pot with a label inside cover from the Oriental Art Shop, Dallas Texas/Fine Chinese Antiques. The teapot with various inventory numbers to glazed concave base.
Condition
The Pot & Cover and Teapot with light age related wear to enamels and gold highlights, small scratches to base and edges; the celadon crackle vase drilled, 2 chips to unglazed base, and 4 adjacent chips to mouth rim 2 of which are re-stuck with associated hairlines.
